Photos and 360 tours : 24 hours or less

Videos : 24-48 hours. *Disclaimer*  For videos shot on Friday, expect the delivery to be on Monday morning

Virtual Staging : 1-2 days from when you pick out your photos you’d like staged

Custom Videos : 3-5 business days

We do a “pay to download” system. Upon receiving the content, you will be directed to a link to pay, which then unlocks the content for you to download.

Please refer to the Pre-Shoot Guidelines tab to see a breakdown of how each property should look prior to the shoot. We are unable to move any items, so please ensure the property is photo-ready upon arrival.

Yes, we can but it will incur a fee. We recommend removing any vehicles and/or equipment from the property prior to the shoot.

A $50 inconvenience fee will be charge if the photographer shows up to the shoot and the property isn’t ready, resulting in a cancellation and/or a delay in the photographer’s schedule. We ask that you please cancel the shoot at least 18 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

No, it is not required to be on site with the photographer. If you won’t be on site, we ask that you ensure the property is fully prepared to be shot and that you give any additional notes to the photographer prior to the appointment.

No, we do not have access to these. If you will not be present at the shoot, we ask for you to leave a manual lockbox on the front door and leave the code in the appointment notes.

Drive time is applied to shoots over 35 miles from our office. 

For example, a 60 mile drive would be $81.00 adding on to the appointment.

We will deliver an email with links to download your content. Please download our mobile app “Three Sixty Views” to download the content directly to your phone. You can create a profile to see all of your past content as well.
